  1. The Home Fest offer is applicable only on - www.excelwallpapers.com and it's a Limited Period offer only .
  2. The Home Fest offer is applicable on Selected items only it’s not a sitewide offer.
  3. NO Free of Cost installation will be given for the high discounted (15% - 25%) products.
  4. No Refund will be allowed for the Discounted products ONLY exchange is allowed if and only if the existing product remains under saleable condition.
  5. NO Free of cost installation is applicable on COD orders.
  6. Free of Cost installation is applicable only on PREPAID & No or LOW (10% Maximum Discount) discount products.
  7. In case of flooring the accessories need to be ordered and paid separately and it will take 7 - 10 days to get it delivered.
  8. In flooring installation movement of any furniture or anything will not fall under our scope of work.
  9. Flooring product delivery will not be door delivery e.g. it will not be delivered to any floors in your compound.
  10. In case of wallpaper installation, the ladder, bucket and water need to be given by the customer.
  11. In case of wallpaper installation movement of any furniture or anything will not fall under our scope of work.
  12. In case of wallpaper installation, the wall preparation - Applying wall putty & Oil Primer will not fall under our scope of work.
  13. Oil priming is mandatory for wallpaper installation.
  14. Wallpaper installation will be scheduled after 2 days of delivery.
  15. Flooring installation will be scheduled after 3 days of delivery of accessories (If bought) else after the delivery of flooring planks.
  16. No warranty on any of our products will be given if we found that the damage is happened due to any external factors or due to any act of God.
  17. Warranty on all our products will be applicable if and only if the installation is done by Excel Home Décor Private Limited.
